Inertia Technology started from the latest research developments of Wireless Sensor Networks in Motion, for which one of its co-founders received the prestigious Christiaan Huygens prize in 2009.
Inertia develops advanced motion sensing and data processing systems based on highly-miniaturized wireless sensor nodes. The sensor nodes self-organize in a distributed intelligent network and collaborate to recognize current user activities, to provide constructive feedback and to take appropriate actions.
Inertia is part of several EU and Dutch R&D initiatives in the healthcare domain, where the wireless sensors are used to increase the quality of life of people with chronic conditions, rehabilitation patients and seniors.
We are looking to extend our dynamic team with a motivated Embedded Software Engineer interested in motion sensing and wireless communication.
